What onscreen help is available?
We provide a variety of onscreen help covering everything from how your policy operates and what it covers to how to make changes and view the cover you have in force.
- We have an extensive library of 'Frequnetly Asked Questions' which you can access via our 'Help' screen.
- As you progress through a quote or policy change, help relating to whichever field you are in is automatically displayed next to the field.
- For more detailed help, click on the '?' icon which appears on many different pages and which will result in a pop up help block being displayed.
